QIC and Merrifield Corporation (a joint venture between MAB Corporation and Gibson Property Corporation) jointly own a 30.5-hectare allotment within the 130-hectare precinct. Merrifield City and its extensive range of peripheral amenities have been designed to reflect the ways that modern families wish to live, work and connect. Our multi-staged plan is for a forward-thinking activity centre that will help redefine urban living in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.
